Refund Policy

At Zavora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Have no signs of damage or wear.
  • Be returned with all original packaging intact.

Please note that any signs of damage or missing packaging may compromise your eligibility for a refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm:

  • That we have received your item.
  • Whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged Items

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item so we can assist you and resolve the issue.
